Experience preferred in the food production, quality, maintenance or sanitation.

Knowledge of food sanitation, SSOPs, HACCP, OSHA saftey regulations, SQF and BRC Auditing procedures.

Good interpersonal skills when interacting with all levels of company employees and the ability to multitask.

Must be available for rotating shifts and locations.
